Do you have any special procedures for working with sensitive electronic devices such as relay's?
We have a full anti-static work station and personal grounding system that ensures the relay is repaired safely and with the utmost care.

How do I know if this is what my SAAB needs?
There are a number of symtoms that indicate a faulty Lamp Control Relay. The most common issue is a BRAND NEW headlight bulb not functioning at all. A little trick you can use to sometimes diagnose a faulty/failing Relay is to wiggle the orange relay a bit in it's socket while the car is on to see if it's effects the issue (we only recommend wiggling the relay gently, and only if it is suspected as being faulty. Wiggling any relay will shorten it's life!) You may also want to have your regular mechanic diagnose the issue for you.

Is this a permanent fix and how long should I expect the replacement unit to last?
We expect our rebuilt Relay's to be good for the life. We do however cover all replacements under a 1yr advanced exchange guarantee. We also offer heavily discounted out-of-warranty replacements.

How much does your replacement relay's cost?
Our relay's cost $49 plus round trip shipping (USPS Priority/First Class Mail)

What if I still have lamp issue's with the new relay?
We highly recommend that if you are not certain you have a faulty/failing Lamp Control Relay to have it diagnosed by your regular mechanic. How long is the warranty for repaired relay's?
Our repaired relays carry a 1yr guarantee. If you relay fails within 1yr of the invoice date, please contact us to obtain an RMA number and a replacement. You will be required to pay for shipping.
